Plumber

Operational Responsibilities
Lead plumbing works, interpret system drawings, and ensure proper installation. Carry out and support all MEP works and trades as required by the project.

Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain installation logs and communicate progress to team leaders.

Quality Responsibilities
Inspect work for compliance with standards, size and align components correctly.

HSE Responsibilities
Follow PPE requirements and promote safe plumbing practices.

Asset Responsibilities
Ensure proper use and tracking of plumbing tools.

Financial Responsibilities
Avoid rework, manage fittings efficiently, and reduce material waste.

Reporting Responsibilities
Submit installation and progress reports.

Attitude & Culture Responsibilities
Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, and site discipline.

Training Responsibilities
Coach assistants on plumbing practices and site behaviour.

Requirements
- Able to communicate clearly in English or Maltese;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role:
- Hands-on experience working with power tools;
- Able to work on own initiative and work as part of a team;
- Proficient IT user;
- Holds a valid Maltese driving license.
