Senior Technical Supervisor (Plumbing and/ or Electrical)

Operational Responsibilities
• Plan and supervise site works across all skills (MEP), carry out start and end of shift debriefing meetings, manage workforce, coordinate with Project Manager, ensure deadlines and daily progress.

Administrative Responsibilities
• Maintain site logbook, submit or assist in daily reports, manage schedules, and liaise with Project Manager and Warehouse.

Quality Responsibilities
• Ensure work meets quality standards, monitor completion, and take corrective action where needed.

HSE Responsibilities
• Enforce and support site compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate and participate toolbox talks

Asset Responsibilities
• Track and secure tools and materials; report any misuse or shortages.

Financial Responsibilities
• Use labour and materials efficiently, remain within budget, and avoid rework.

Reporting Responsibilities
• Prepare or assist in project status updates, site records, and daily worksheets.

Attitude & Cultural Responsibilities
• Promote accountability, discipline, and a strong leadership culture on site.

Training Responsibilities
• Identify team training needs and support upskilling efforts.

Requirements
- Fluency in English or Maltese;
- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role:
- Hands-on experience working with power tools;
- Be accountable of assigned tasks and takes full responsibility for the outcome of the delegated work;
- Responsible for his/her own time management, be flexible and able to work under pressure;
- Requires extreme organisational skills, confidence and attention to detail;
- Proficient IT user;
- Holds a valid Maltese driving license.
